Jon Newsome – Principal
At his best when using his passion to present a concept to an audience and create a clear vision. Past vocations include:

Jon compiled an outstanding twenty-year career in the field of national and global manufacturing, engaging regularly with Fortune 500 Companies. His business spirit drove him to be a co-inventor of a registered U.S. Patent that was licensed to a Fortune 500 organization. Many of Mr. Newsome's presentation skills were developed when serving as a Dale Carnegie graduate assistant instructor for three years.
John McKnight – Principal
At his best when making the personal connection with an audience. Past vocations include:

- Voiceover Artist
- Commercial Actor
John championed a twenty-five year career in the television news industry and won many awards including an Emmy Award for investigative reporting while working with CBS News, Atlanta.
Michael Parker – Principal
At his best when developing strategic plans for his customers. Past vocations include Program Manager at Hewlett Packard, Principal at Gravitate Design Studio, and Managing Partner in MRT Investments.
Michael carved out his fifteen year career in Professional Services, helping guide clients from concept to launch for over 500 websites and branding projects.
